Wednesday's workout

I decided I don't like Austin's dance cardio. I spent a half an hour

trying to stay with her changing moves, and didn't feel " worked " at the end (so

I did a 10 min upper body and a 10 minute legs off of Exercise TV to feel

better.) The last cardio seemed to stay on one movement too long, and this

seemed to do movements too fast.I'll get the hang of it sooner or later...
