Guest guest
Has anyone tried to make kombucha/sauerkraut? I love sauerkraut and wondered if there were any recipes? Jimi It is although very very encouraging. The total impact it has on the human intestinal tract alone stimulates increased elimantion of bloating/constipation/cleansing. Once we have a " cultured tool " to help " pull the plug " on a sluggish bowel, yes it can free up energy for the body to start to rebalance itself immediately in all areas including weight release. Common sense tells us humans that it is not the end all be all.... we need to be aware of and use other health tools from within our own kitchen. I know from personal life experience with MS and r/a just how vital kombucha/saurkraut is to our progress and am beyond grateful to have it used withn my family circle of all the ages ... yaaay k-tea:) :)
Guest guest
Usually you don't add liquid when making sauerkraut, unless you need extra brine to cover your cabbage. But usually you have sufficient liquid if you pound your salted cabbage well. (Guess you *could* add kombucha instead; would probably innoculate as well as salt, I suppose.) I do the opposite, however. I will often flavor my kombucha (and/or green smoothie) with leftover kraut liquid, or liquid from cortido, kimchi, or other fermented veggies. Might best be described as an acquired taste, but I like it! And definitely get more strains of lb that way... Vicki in Orlando > > Has anyone tried to make kombucha/sauerkraut?
