There seems to be quite a few of the Cathe workouts -- do any of them NOT have a

step in use? I really don't want to use a step right now because I'm all left

feet. I fear I'll trip over it. (That's why I like to do the choreography step

workouts at home; I won't bump into people when I'm out of sync!)

Also the only low-impact DVD I saw on her site was for intermediate to advanced

-- I'm more of beginning intermediate. It looks like she has good leadership

with her workouts (from the clips they show) but I'd need something more in line

with my abilities.

Hi Indyrose,

For cardio, Cathe doesn't use a step in her kickboxing routines. Her weight workouts use a step as a tool - like a weight bench or step up bench. For those workouts, you can sub other things - like the floor, a stability ball or a real weight bench. For step-ups you can just use a stool. You can also take a lot of step choreogrpahy and do it on the floor - if you wanted to you can put tape down on the floor to use as an imaginary step or you could just free-style it! Take care,

Donna
