No real comments, I like the rotation a lot and I think it will deliver, I might add on evening walks but we'll see, I thought I'd be able to do the 30 min per day rotation but not yet . I have some very definite targets to reach, hit the 30 min level for at least 30 days, then add on the deluxe add-ons (I've previewed them and yikes!) then do the One on One 10 Minute Trainer workouts, what's stronger than yikes, Tony doesn't mess around...
