FriTotal Body

PM - had to fast for a blood

test this morning so I saved all of my workouts for the evening                 Lower Body

PM - felt it                 .PINK Workout 7

PM - This

workout, #7, is more intense than the previous six. There is no way I'd add

to the 5 pound weighted bar yet, maybe on my next round.

 

 

  Slim &

Limber

PM - I keep

saying how I need to add in more stretching, after tonight's stretch I'm

going to have to back up my words with actions. I really needed the straight

stretch, not yoga, not Pilates, just stretching.
