Although the editing was not perfect, this was a surprisingly challenging exercise program. I like how she offers modifications from easy to most difficult. I like how she encourages you to the next level and tells you not to worry about which side you are working. After the 35 minute step workout, I decided to do a nice free-form abdominal workout using my 3 pound weighted ball for 10 minutes followed by a 10 minute stretch.
