I think it was definitely tough on it's own. I think I was sweating more half way through than I was at the end of Jillian. (But the shred is only 20 mins long too.) After a good day's sleep my legs weren't nearly as sore as I thought they would be, Thank goodness. So I was able to do Jill again. With my doubled up sports bra I could do most of the jumping jacks. The 1st time I used 2 lb weights so to give my shoulders a break a didn't use any weights today. I still feel like I worked my arms pretty good. Looking forward to my stretch day tomorrow morning. My first and last night back are usually my worst as far as my tiredness. So those stretches will feel good. > I'm sorry that DH isn't being very communicative. That would stress me out and make me sad too. Have you tried telling him you're worried about him and wondering what's going on? > We have talked several times about it. The last (Saturday) I found out just how bad it was. He told me he decided to talk to someone a few times (which I had suggested for us to do). He said that made it worse. And of coarse he didn't tell me he was considering it much less actually going. Gotta get ready for work. Have a good night everyone. Guest guest
Tracey, I am naturally heavy chested too. I use Champion's sports bras, and I believe now they have a sale, $20.00 for any bra - normally the heavy duty chain mail I buy is double that, so this is a good deal: http://www.championusa.com/Champion/Categories/Women-Champion/Women_ShopByCatego\ ry-Champion/Women_SportsBras-Champion.aspx?TRC=SEARCHC & cm_mmc=Google-_-Champion%\ 20Bras_Sports%20Bras-_-Broad%20Ad_3724491427-_-champion%20sports%20bras & gclid=CL\ nV9rCFy5kCFQwxawodLXfQsg & ef_id=1728:3:s_2524be8c237d49a463e10d0ca26c1be1_3724491\ 427:Via1vEo-JyoAAAyPfm0AAAAC:20090330161135 With my doubled up sports bra I could do most of the jumping jacks.
