Just got my raw milk yesterday, had creamy cereal this morning and scrumptious blonde coffee, and making my first butter too, letting the cream separate even as I type. Gonna make ricotta tomorrow from the whey (has to sit 12-24 hours). Will probably be making another run of the mozarella tonight, its oh so good! I only got three gallons to try out, and have to drive an hour to get more. THis will definitely be my regular milk from now on. I " m Suzanne, a somewhat sort-of homesteader, looking forward to having a goat some day, and maybe share a cow with a neighbor or two. Too much milk from one cow for just me...
