Guest guest Posted March 12, 2009 Report Share Posted March 12, 2009 Thursday, March 12, 2009 cardio wii morning all,still sore from my weights the other day so i skipped on a weight/cardio circuit today and just went with cardio. i was going to do a cathe step workout but nothing in my time frame so i went back to wii fitness coach. this time trying 30min of cardio. this was great!! just the right intensity and choreography for a tired me today. and i got up a few minutes late b/c i just couldn't get out of bed! lots of familiar moves for me from over the top step, a step, double lunges,etc. nothing i haven't seen before but nothing thrown into a learn it as you go combo so my mind got a break. but meanwhile i still had some jumping to do with jacks and heel jacks etc. so i still got the good intensity i needed but wasn't done to death so it was more energizing then tiring. the last 5 min was stretching but i also added on some stretch on my own.if i am feeling good later i would like to get on the elliptical for 30 min at the ymca.
