looking for a specialist....

I am a home-schooling mom of my 10 year son w/Autism. He is non-verbal, but

has a good receptive language.

I have taught him how to communicate using words (instead of pictures). He

uses the Dynavox (speech device) to communicate his needs.

I am looking for someone with extensive experience in teaching non-verbal

children w/learning disabilities whether be it a seasoned special-ed teacher

or a BCBA or any kind of an education consultant. Someone who has the

creativity, knowledge, and experience needed to brainstorm along w/me in

creating appropriate programs in academics, life skills, and communication.

To be frank, someone that can offer more than I already know, that needs

minimum time to catch-up and get familiar w/my son's skills and

shortcomings.

Hours are flexible (any time before 4:30 pm) ; pay will be competitive.

location is NW.

Thanks,
