Thanks .  The older ones are very used to it, so they know not to even ask me anything normally when I'm working out.  Kaysar is very young stll, so he doesn't quite get it, but he's getting loads better

But, I hear you.  It's not easy when kids are home or around, that is why I do it in the a.m. when they are normally sleeping.  Bryar, my middle son, is up probably 60% of the time when I do it then though.  He does his own thing and leaves me alone luckily.

Way to go Darcy! I don't know how you work out with the little ones around, I have enough trouble getting mine in when my 7 & 10 year old are home on school breaks! This is great though!!

 

 

 

KB Quickie

I just finished up with my Quickie.  My hands are talking to me a bit too.  Especially during the snatches..GRR.. Nothing like the other day, but I fear tomorrow they will be worse.  We shall see...  Anyway, it kicked my butt.  Kaysar was awake and getting to close to me for comfort.  It's fun trying to shout at him " stay back! " when I can barely breathe..LOL..  Stinker woke up from his nap prematurely and I didn't have time to do it when he was sleeping.  Anyway, I burned 207 calories with my average being 136.  It felt like my average should have been 180 though..LOL.  I think being away from it for 2 days smoked me.  Or maybe it was some of the junk I ate yesterday zapped my energy.Either way, I'm glad it's done, and it's back to the morning workout and p.m. workout tomorrow....Darcy

Same ole, same ole... just finished it up.  Burned 206 calories with my average being 136.  I think it was about identical to yesterday's.  I think the snatches are geting harder instead of easier...GRR....Darcy
