Guest guest
Hi all, Another question, Norman has been waking with a breath that smells much like he has been down the pub (and no I am not giving him anything of that kind for his sleep LOL!!!!). I was wondering is it possible to have like a fermented smell coming from his gut, from yeast?? He's been on a course of amoxycilllin from damage to the ear drum and a respiratory infection and now has thrush on his lower bits. The first thing that came to mind was possibly ketones and acetone breath (as he is losing weight and I thought he is burning his body fat) , but I've checked the ketones and there are nil. As I've posted already we have problems with poos (now 7 caps Oxypowder), which are just runny and a lot of rumbling and wind from the gut. It's horrible, but I'm sure the smell of the poo now smells like his breath (or is it the other way round :-0) He's had this breath before but I didn't take note of what else was going on at the time and it kind of bugs me now to know what it is and also if there could be any other explanation for it. Has anyone else had this??? TIA emily
