MonAbs

AM - this is not a fave, well,

because I have to modify because some moves are still too tough for me to do

 

 

            30DS Level 1

PM - final week

of The Shred :)

 

 

  Slim & Trim

PM - I did

mostly beginner moves and slowed down the side and diagonal lunges in order

to protect my wounded hip  Yoga Flex PM - all stretched out
