This is the workout I'm doing today, and Stacey too has already done this one today! My lower back is talking to me so I will do some back care yoga after Burn Intervals and Extreme Abs. Have fun Transfirming!! Hiya, I was inspired to do a CLX workout last night. I've mostly been doing FIRM videos but I wanted some Chalene so I picked up Burn Intervals. It was weird -- I know when I did my CLX rotation last year I did this fine but for some reason my back's been getting kind of tight recently. Maybe it was too many bent over rows, I don't know, but I couldn't even lift 5 lb weights without my back complaining. I stood up straight for some reps and picked up 3 lbs at one point. I loved the cardio portions though. I used to follow the low-impact modifier but since I started working out barefoot I've been able to go all out with the plyo. I know 's listed the breakdown of this workout so I'll just say that 20 sumo burpees left my heart pounding and those skaters with leg bands are far more killer than they look! If I can get my son to sleep quickly tonight I think I'll do more cardio to give my back a break. I've wanted to break out my TransFIRMer and do some step stuff, probably Aerobic Body Shaping with Allie. Have a good day, everybody!
