Doesn't it feel great to be sore, knowing you did the hard work to build that muscle?I'm sore from PC3 today too and am making it a rest day, FedEx says I get my bike by noon tomorrow so will burn it up then! my last pc of the week. lifting heavier and happy about it. i'm sore from yesterday's cardio and pc2!! abs and more cardio on one day during the weekend and a rest day. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You got the strength ones in and that's the most important part im spinning tomorrow morning but will do pc1 on wednesday! i did pc 3 today:) now, laura and i are ready to work on our third week of push--we are at the halfway point of chalean extreme!! it has gone quickly! last week was a tough one for me--personal problems getting in the way of my workout focus. while i did all of the weight circuits i missed a cardio and abs workout. feeling better this week-- i will be concentrating on my diet and fitting all of the workouts in this week--even if it means working out late at night or early in the morning. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
