I ate a little more of the dumb dried fruit put out before dinner and a little more desser than I'd planned but overall did well I thought. The challenge continues tonight and tomorrow night though. Great job with the workout too! I am not even looking at 's site. I have to get new tires on my car before the snow sticks (we had some flying around for the first time this season in the morning but nothing to accumulate or stick) and then there's everyone else's Christmas gifts. Maybe I'll scope it out anyway and send DH there. I don't want him to spend very much on me so a DVD or two would probably be okay. Post Thanksgiving Hi Everyone, I'm happy to say I didn't pig out tremendously yesterday - definately ate more than I normally do - but nothing really outrageous! This morning was 3 miles of (walk off belly fat) followed by Lotte Berk Basic Essentials. I skipped the ab work on Basic Essentials (does not agree w/ my back!) but did my own thing during the ab segments - Pilates move and planks, I also did the bonus workout on this DVD which was more leg work and a brief set of abs. I used to have the whole Lotte Berk set, but traded them - my library has all of them, though, so although I do have some trader's remorse, it isn't terrible. Is anyone getting anything from 's sale?
