I would like to read the review in full. This is treating ALA not as a

chelating agent in its own right but as a protection from the damaging

effects of BAL, DMSA and DMPS

ALA for chelation is Alpha Lipoic Acid though there is also a fatty acid ALA alpha linoleic (/sp) Acid.
