Guest guest Posted November 26, 2010 Report Share Posted November 26, 2010 I didn't realize I was so far behind is posting, so, here is what I did last week10 Minute Trainer Week 1 (Round 2) 11/15/2010 Mon 29 Lower Body AM - lower body fry Abs AM - felt good after both workout were done this morning 11/16/2010 Tue 30 Cardio AM - got a good workout with almost no impact Lower Body AM - this is still giving me a burn with next to no resistance. 30DS Level 3 PM - Kicked my butt big time and I had to modity out any impact - wow 11/17/2010 Wed 31 Yoga Flex was an option but I chose to rest and see my DC 11/18/2010 Thu 32 Abs AM - glad to have this out of the way Yoga Flex AM - I don't think I'm supposed to do this yet, but…. 30DS Level 3 PM - I'm not even using heavy weights and I can feel it. I might do another round soon and up the poundage. 11/19/2010 Fri 33 Lower Body AM - no new comment. I'm not bored or anything, moves are still challenging. Cardio AM - now I'm surprised I'm not bored with this, yay, still getting a heart pumping workout 11/20/2010 Sat 34 Cardio AM - used weighted gloves and that helped me up the ante without increasing the impact. Abs AM - even with the bad wheel I'm getting stronger! Debra Mazda's Shapely Girl Beginner Step, Mix 2 PM - I wanted to do a third workout today, I don't know why, my hip doesn't really appreciate it. So I went with this 25 minute beginner workout and used a 4 " height…I'm glad I did beginner workout LOL 11/21/2010 Sun 35 Yoga Flex AM - I'm feeling my flexibility come back / improve Total Body AM - this went by fast today - still feel it with the green bands though 30DS Level 3 PM - I am absolutely getting stronger, what a great workout that was!
