Happy New Year

Just stopping by to wish everyone a Happy New Year. May 2008 be the

best year ever for all of you. May you be blessed with the best health

ever, as well as more love and happiness than your heart can hold.

I am doing okay. Finally got over the pneumonia thing. Joints are sore

and achy tonight. We are expecting a major snow storm here tomorrow.

Kirk, bring the snow plow down here! Christmas was actually really nice

for me, but I have learned not to overdo it. When someone volunteers to

do the dishes, I say okay! Down to 7mg daily on the pred, and dropping

to 6 mg tonight.

Hope everyone who has been having problems, be they medical, personal,

or emotional feel better soon.

Prayer request to those who will. I have a friend who has a 2 year old

son in Duke hospital where he had a bone marrow transplant. The little

boy's name is Austin. He is not doing well, and the doctors have told

her that they have done everything they can do for him. His mother is a

single mother and is down there alone struggling with this. Please say

a prayer for them. It will be appreciated!
