Guest guest
Hi guys, I haven't been posting lately ,but reading a lot.My husband was diagnosed with stills 2 years ago and was diagnosed with AVN last year(guess what caused it) damn right prednisone. After 2 surgeries on both hips to correct the damage caused by prednisone, he is still taking prednisone (5mg)once a day. A friend of mine suggested that injecting intravenous immuno globulins into the body ,is a treatment that is used to treat alot of immuno deficiency diseases like stills. But my rheumatologist shut me off saying that this treatment is not approved yet in the usa for stills. Any body know anything about this treatment .Has anybody ever done this before? your input will be very much appreciated. thanks staying strong ananthi
