Infinity Foods is an excellent store for wholefoods and special dietary needs.

I doubt that anyone in Brighton doesnt know about it - its been there for years

and the staff are very helpful. They wholesale to lots of other businesses so

you can buy in bulk from them quite reasonably.

They do have a website - just google Infinity Foods Brighton.

I used to live in Brighton and I miss the place sorely now it's not near me.

someone near Brighton start a CF diet (she is starting slow). I wonder if anyone

can tell me where she can get a good Milk substitute (preferrably coconut milk)

near Brighton? Also it wouldn't be a bad idea to tell me where to get some other

things in case she moves forward with GF?

Hi Sharon,

I live in Brighton and shop in a shop called Infinity. They supply most of the

small shops with their health and organic foods and produce but you can visit

their store in town and cut out the middle man!

Hiya

Infinity Foods

67 Norway Street

Portslade

East Sussex

BN41 1AE

+44 (0)1273 424060

You can set up an account with Infinity Foods (I am not sure if it has to be in

a business name you can call them to check) You need to place your order the day

before or early in the morning and collect it in the afternoon.

There is an amazing large Health Food shop called The Taj, I think it is called.

A great coconut milk is called KARA DAIRY FREE+CALCIUM. You can buy it from Tesco Supermarkets.

It is a really nice tasting milk and pours just like the real thing.

Our son loves it and is fine with it also.

I was really excited when I came accross Kara and tried it with my two sons, one

is fine on it but the other cant sleep more than a couple of hours on it. Maybe

due to its sugar or extra ingredients??? I do still buy it for keeping for

emergencies and holidays when I cant make them their nut milk :-)

I also buy Vitacoco or Dr s Coco Drink when they are on special as they

are really expensive.
