Iron Core, Volume 3

Well, I cheated. Today was supposed to have been a rest day. However, I ate like a hog this morning. I think I have PMS. I mean a lot. Both boys were sleeping at 2:00, and I got a big smile on my face..LOL... I just wanted to do a short one, which I did. I tried Iron Core, Volume 3. LOVED IT. Very intense. I burned 265 calories in 20 minutes. I then wanted to do some yoga. I grabbed the new yoga workout from biggest loser, and chose the 10 minute section on it. Wow, I thought it was more like a weight workout than yoga! I liked it though. I ended up burning a total of 365 calories with my average being 135 for a 35 minute workout. I feel better anyway, AND I got to try a new workout.

After the workout, I look down and my basement floor is flooded! UGH.. It's snowing like crazy here. And, it was tme to go get Sawyer. I had to ignore the floor, go switch carseats (had to take the truck to get Sawyer), and pack up my sleeping boys. Luckily, I drove fine in the blizzard with the 4-wheel drive. I came home and tried to hide out for awhile in the basement pumping water out. It has something to do with the washer drain because I threw a load of laundry in before I worked out, and the water was soapy..UGH.. I still have a huge mess down there, but at least it's not inches deep like it was before. I'm going to try to sneak down in a bit again.. I feel bad for my DH. If it's not one thing it's another that he has to fix or repair around here it seems!
