Always a little worried to add a single element .. because if there is an imbalance in the body and you add one element without a broad spectrum multi supp, I think it can create other imbalances. Guest guest Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 I know that a lot of colon cleansers use magnesium oxide I think it is and usually it is taken with lemon juice.. so this makes sense.. Not sure about sodium as this is one of the things that generally is restricted on most diets - I know that high sodium was linked with water retention.. so perhaps this is part of the process of increasing hydration in the colon to allow passage of waste?. Oxypowder is a good colon cleanser too.. and quite gentle. I guess that when the colon is not slaked up with dried waste, the colon is better able to absorb foods and this make increase vitality. Not sure about increased oxygen though- I gave up on A level chemistry.. just after the last dinosaurs became extinct!!T It's supposed to be a colon cleanser that also gives the whole of your body more oxygen!Is that what Oxypowder does?
