Good Monday morning everyone!

Ok I bottled my KT on Thursday of last week and the video I watched flavored the

KT right then and then the directions I read said leave it sit out for a few

days (leaving air space at the top to keep pressure down) now I have white

bubbly spots on the top. Is this normal? At first it looked almost like mold but

still not dry and now looks bubbly. Does the fizz leave white bubbles or do you

think these could be little scobies starting?
