Any suggestions for Adjustable weights?

I want to buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells

up to 50lbs. I'm not sure which ones to buy. I'm also not sure if I

should get the kind that adjust in 5 or 10 lb increments...any

suggestions? I know that I don't want to buy the cheaply

made kind that use plastic dials to adjust the weights. I want

something that will last, especially if I'm going to shell out $300 for

them!Can you give me some ideas? Jen
