Hi y'all :-) I thought I'd posted this but I suppose I hadn't. My name is B. and I'm subscribed under coveredinharmony@.... I live in Sacramento county in California. I'm a "hobby farmer" with a Jersey heifer named Macie. She calved a few weeks ago to an adorable little bully calf. Praise the Lord raw milk is legal in CA. I used to buy it in a local store until my cow was in milk. I was diagnosed last year in May with ulcerative colitis, which was excruciating and debilitating. After I was hospitalized for several days and on bed rest for about a month, I committed myself to changing my diet. I attribute regaining my strength and a remission of nearly a year to a whole-foods diet, including copious amounts of raw milk. God is so good to me :-)
