Guest guest
Sara, Danny Sullivan's workouts are the only true bag workouts that we have. We also have a lot of old Tae Bo stuff, Amped, Tae Bo Extreme, 's Boot Camp, Janis Saffell's Kickboxing Circuit, Cathe's Kick Max and Kick Punch and Crunch. Maybe a couple others. I'm really interested in getting more actual bag workout videos. What else can you tell me about the ones that you mentioned? I'd love to get some more. > > > > > > For cardio today, I started with a new – The Big Burn – 2 > > > Miles of Intervals. Guest guest
, the Tae Bo Impact workouts on vhs are bag workouts and they are wonderful! I agree though, it would be nice if there were more bag workouts available for home exercisers!

Guest guest
Glad you could make those work for you, ! I find that ck workouts that are normally too easy / basic adapt very well to the bag with a little creativity.
