I was supposed to get up at 5 and workout, but for some reason my ears are extremely plugged up and I didn't hear the alarm. They don't hurt or anything, just that weird feeling like when you go thru the mountains, but I really can't hear well at all. So I missed my morning workout yesterday. After work I had to go see about getting my windsheild repaired, I found a place, they are going to do it at 4 PM today, it is going to cost $160, after that I took about 8 huge boxes of stuff to the thrift store, mostly clothes that are way to big for me now that I never want to see again and a box of old VHS workout tapes that I won't ever use ( , Kathy that I now have on DVD, etc.) Then I went to the grocery store and bought a birthday cake for my baby boy that turned 22 years old yesterday. By the time I got home I was just to tired to work out. I had done good with my eating all day, but then I did end up eating a lot of cake which I wasn't going to do. Anyways, today I had been going to take my husband to a doctor appt. but I had already rescheduled it for last week when I took him for the other one but I just didn't tell my boss that I had changed it, so I took today off anyways (shh, that's just our little secret). I got up today and did Tae Bo Amped Core Express. I had went ahead and gotten an amplifier bar and I used that with today's workout, wow, there is a huge difference doing these with the bar as opposed to not using any equipment. I really felt this a lot more today. I liked this workout a lot and will probably get more of the amped workouts. At my weigh in today I am down 2 more pounds to 151 exactly. I am so happy for this. I had cut my calories back a little more as I wasn't losing much weight. I had been eating around 1800 calories per day and am now down to around 1650 (except on birthdays apparently). I sooo want to be in the 140's, I am going to work a little harder until I get there. I have someone coming today to look at my elliptical that I want to sell, I hate it, I sure hope she buys it. Sorry for the long novel, but I was too busy to post yesterday. I *may* decide to do another workout later to make up for the one I missed yesterday so that I can still take my rest day on Friday.
