Guest guest
Thanks Guys, the next day i had made him his lunch and forgot to put his ham on his plate, so he got up from the table came over to me and said "i want ham" so i said go and get your plate then and he did. So pleased i am homeschooling him, it has made such a huge difference in just a few weeks. Today we have been over to a friends with NT boys of 5 & 7 yrs, they got out a car mat and cars to play with and with a little but of encouragement from me, he was playing alongside them driving a car along the mat. This is HUGE for us! x To: Autism-Biomedical-Europe From: marinavrahimi@...Date: Mon, 21 Feb 2011 09:56:02 +0000Subject: Re: Re: Harry non prompt speech that is absolutely fantastic news, soooo pleased for you!! xx Wonderwoman :-)Well done HarryKxxxx > >> > > > Hi All> > > > Just need to share, tonight Harry came into the lounge and stated clearly "i want bath", i am so chuffed, a few of you are aware that i am now homeschooling him (since January) and have been really pushing for language ( i have an ABA supervisor overseeing my home ed programme) and it is all very repetitive but is working, i have also noticed a huge increase in eye contact all of a sudden too, not sure why?? Guest guest
Hi He is on a large list of supplements, probiotics, candex, liverlife, mulit vitamins, minerals, enhansa, l-carnitine, Olive leaf extract, isoprinosine, magnesium & B6, pantothenic acid, vitamin K, Fish oils, MCT oil, crystal C, plus AC chelation. I have just completed 3 x kib500 and have one left to give (that reminds me, i must do that!). Harry was at a special needs school till Christmas when i pulled him out so started homeschooling in January following principals of ABA, he has been having ABA for just over 2 years now and has done so well with it but school & LEA would only allow tutor to shadow at school so really plateaued, i still pay my ABA supervisor to oversee the programme but since homeschooling him he has made some great improvements with language. Harry is 6 next week. x To: Autism-Biomedical-Europe From: nyambura73@...Date: Mon, 21 Feb 2011 07:31:54 -0800Subject: Re: Harry non prompt speech Hi there, would be happy to know what you are giving him .....in terms of medication , suementsetc. How old is he?Congrats!
