Yeah!  Hope you love it!D

Woo hoo! I'm so excited! I've been on a no buy thing for a loooong time and lately have realllllly been wanting to break out of it but realllllly can't. I haven't even responded to SASE offers on VF because I didn't want to have to pay for envelopes and shippoing. BUT I got an email this week from Borders telling me they were giving me $10 in Borders Rewards Borders Bucks for no real reason and then got another one yesterday with a 33% off coupon AND free standard shipping good for today and tomorrow. I thought for about a minute or two about using it for a Christmas gift for my son (he wants the newest Wimpy Kid book) but then decided nah, I'd get them for him anyway and I have been so crazy lately, working so much and driving all over the universe (including today) that nope, I need a treat. I almost never treat myself this time of year, knowing I need to get Christmas gifts and free ones are so much better but I did it anyway and I feel okay with it. In fact, I feel really good about it! The FIRM Calorie Explosion was $12.99... I applied my 33% off coupon and it went down to $8.40. There was no shipping and no tax so with my $10 in Borders Bucks it was free!! I might go back and order DS's book by tomorrow to use the rest of my bucks and the free shipping offer now that I think of it... I hadn't thought of it when I was ordering but I probably will. There are other coupon codes at www.retailmenot and I can get at least 20% off my total order if I can't use the 33% off one item again so I'll probably do that. Oh yeah, on top of all that, I also am a member of the My Points program and went from a link at their website to Borders and got 3 points for every dollar spent. I don't know if it will end up counting because I didn't have to pay anything but it might! Wheeee!

Thanks, Darcy!!

I decided to go back and order DS's book too... I couldn't use the coupon code again or the 20% off code either because the hardcover book was already 40% off (which I didn't realize until I saw it refuse the coupon code) so, with my leftover Borders Bucks and the $0 shipping offer I only paid $7.49 for a book that retails for $13.99! If I can do the rest of my Christmas shopping like this I'll be one happy camper!
