He's right about the problem, but I'm shocked that no one is reacting to the

statement " fraud is very deeply ingrained in their culture. "

Actually, Woody is right. I have a high regard for the Asian people and their

culture but this is a problem in China and even in their world of

acedemia...plagerism is rapant. I heard a story about it on NPR.

Yeah , i know exactly what you mean! I love the chinese culture, the great

tradition of herbs and medicine, accupuncture, art, philosophy, and of course

tea. I love the mellow and respectful manner of my chinese friends. I believe

the people producing these subpar goods are in the minority, but we do seem to

see more from china than all other places. At first i felt kinda bad for

inadvertently running Deb off, but after thinking about it i figured it's no big

loss. She obviously wasn't getting much from being part of this " ridiculous "

forum. BTW i love it, i've found the folk here generally intelligent,

interesting, and civil. - Woody
