I didn't feel the best this morning.. I must have just been tired becase w/ the second half of the workout I kicked butt.  First half, I was draggin' butt.  Anyway, I did Tracey's High Intensity Step Mix.  I don't remember doing this one, or if I have, it's been awhile.  I liked it a lot, and worked my butt off!  Combo 6 threw me off, but otherwise I caught onto pretty much all of the choreography.  I did modify the burpees, and one other thing, otherwise, I was able to do it all.  I shut my HRM off at 1:13 due to a couple of interuptions.  I burned 851 calories with my average at  142.

Thanks , remember it was 75 minutes though too by the time I shut my HRM off..   Some of the combos were easy, and then some were hard.  I totally liked the workout though!

Wow!  851 calories?  I'm sure I'd be tripping all over myself from the sound of the title.  Excellent job, Darcy, for " dragging " !Awestruck,
