Guest guest
That's really cool Mandi! You must be sooooo chuffed to see all of these new skills coming out. It really is great to hear! x That is fabulous news :-) The mini-schedule idea is great, and the fact that they write to you with such wonderful news (and they are clearly so proud of him and happy for him) is just as exciting. He's doing really, really well :-)Anita
Guest guest
Yep I think thinks its on a need to know basis and this has spurred me on that he needs to know lol!! Joe - washing AND ironing now i am well impressed and am seriously doing something wrong with !! Jack doesn't like the hoover - shame as could have had a little domestic God on my hands (maybe more typical than we think!) Spring onions and celery! Got to hand it to him pretty good skill even if the plate and knife went it too !! x Joe knows how to work washing machine and how to iron very well (he is 15) but Tom-ski (16), clueless about all things domestic, I think he thinks its on a need to know basis and he doesn't need to know so he forgets as soon as you show him...............sigh Sam is also recycling at school now, stripping bedclothes and putting them back on, he always did make his bed bless him, and he unloads dishwasher at school and does the hoovering. At home he prefers to hoover himself for sensory fun and to see how fast Henry might burn out! Monday when I cleaned his room I found he had taken spring onions and celery from fridge, chopped it up and posted it all in his bin (knife and plate too), so I must ask him to do more at home so he can show off his new skills Mx Mandi you must be soooo chuffed!! My typical son wouldnt have a clue how to put on the washing machine so well done Sam! x That is fabulous news :-) The mini-schedule idea is great, and the fact that they write to you with such wonderful news (and they are clearly so proud of him and happy for him) is just as exciting.
