JenSubject: Day 15 P90 & Body GospelTo: "Exercise Videos" <exercisevideos >, "FitFirmies" <FitFirmies >Date: Tuesday, August 3, 2010, 1:51 AM 8/2/2010 Mon AM - skipped 15 PM - Sculpt 1-2 I skipped today's morning workout, I didn't sleep well last night, I don't what but I finally fell asleep after 3 AM. So to my evening workout, I've started using the 15 lb (pink) resistance bands and I ditched the Earth Shoes, for workouts anyway. My legs feel the benefits of my good old New Balance trainers. I realized last week that my lunges and squats had been compromised - it just took a year (fear not, I've slapped myself).
