Whew on the allergies!  I have a sneeze fest a couple of times a day but nothing like THAT!  Yikes! Good for you on doing Turbo Jam!  You've inspired me to do Turbo Jam lately, Indyrose!  I did Cardio Party 2 today and thought of you getting these from the library and doing them for the first time.

Shake and Shed!

I had a little medical sideline Thursday and Friday -- I had an acute allergy attack, which grossly swelled my tongue. It woke me up Thursday morning around 3AM. My son has life-threatening allergies, so I knew what to do, and pumped myself full of antihistamines. (It's the first time it's happened to me.) Luckily, that brought most of the swelling down in time for me to go to work. (My husband and I work together, so luckily he drove!!) I wasn't worth much at all either Thursday or Friday, due to the antihistamine hang-over, and great lack of sleep. I was mostly recovered by Friday night, but since I was going hunting with DH the next morning, I got some rest. Saturday was spent with a hike in the woods followed by long quiet period in a tree stand. I did do some isometrics in the stand to pass the time and keep warm. No Bambis came by, so we went home when the bad weather moved in.

So, today was my first real workout since Wednesday. My old self kept telling me to skip it, I don't need it, etc., but my new self pushed me on. I visited Chalene on Turbo Jam again (I like her!) and did a good 40 minutes!

Yeah! I feel good!
