Hi Dragon Slayers

Just wanted to check in with all of you. Sounds as though some of you are not

doing well...we have joints going in some alarming directions, and the Dragon is

having his way with y'all.

I have been busy trying to get my poop in a group, getting my " evidence " to

prove I was pretty much forced to give my notice in my last place. It has to be

all ready to send to the Residential Tenancy Board. I'm hoping to at least have

the case thrown out. I couldn't afford the $950 the evil hag is suing me for.

Also graduated my course on Psycho Social rehab ( PSR) and have been busy

working with Peer Outreach about 30 hours a month. It is another one of my

passions. Working with people who have varying degrees of mental unwellness. Not

the least of which is depression. A topic I know from experience.

I tend to preach to y'all about recognizing depression, and the fact that it

goes hand in glove with chrionic disease. As you know we lost Becky to

depression, and ultimately suicide. I recently had an enquiry from our Web site,

asking me if I had heard of depression and suicide from someone with SD. I

explained that we had recently had a loss in our Stills Family. She told of a

young mother of 3..happy and vibrant until SD and she too took her life.

So, everyone, beware the cloud! Use this support group,use your family and

friends. Having gone through it I understand what depression can do to us. So,

get in touch with me if need be. Don't try and go it alone, don't isolate

yourselves...keep talking, venting, kvetching!!!!

To the newbies, welcome..as always sorry that you have to be hear, but happy we

are here for you all.

I hope to have more time in a week or so to get back to being present here...oh,

I love my new place, and while it aint perfect I found myself singing ( No TOM

no singing LOLOL) this morning. Something I haven't done in many many moons!
