Guest guest Posted October 16, 2010 Report Share Posted October 16, 2010 WEll, I woke up feeling a bit better. I'm still highly congested and not nowhere near 100%, but better than feeling like I was run over by a semi-truck like yesterday. I decided it would be a good day for stretching (which I hate doing), but wanted to warm-up the muscles a bit first. So, I did the 22 minute section of Tonique (3rd section) to get my muscles warm. I handled it just fine  Afterwards, I tore the wrapper off Powter's Fitness Stretch. It was okay, but can I just repeat how bored and how much I hate to stretch.. even when sick..ugh.. It just takes forever to me. Thank goodness I made it through, but a couple of times I nearly pushed stop. I do feel 'stretched out', but was it worth the 35 minutes of torture...LOL.. Okay, I'm exaggerating, but stretching is my least favorite thing to do!
