I do have bike, but I would prefer to have a spin bike, like the kind at the gym, for the videos I'm greedy. It's a gorgeous day though, and perhaps after I work out in the yard I'll ride outside! I haven't ridden the Blue Marvel in a long time and I'm sure he'd love to get outside! I think Mr. Knee should be okay with this!

Hey, do you already have a bike? A bike + bike trainer is great. Versatile. If you hate spin class, the trainer and spin bike probably will end up collecting dust, though. Regular bikes - that's my favorite mood altering drug.
