Hi Everyone,I wrapped up the 21 Day Challenge today by doing 's Walk Strong ( "counts" this is 2 miles) and 's Walk & Kick (which was a "virgin" for me - doesn't say what this one "counts" as, but since it is 30 min I'm counting it as 2 miles). So, all in all, today 4 miles plus toning. I really like Walk Strong - a nice circuit workout - I wish did more like that - and maybe even one that was longer and more intense!I also had time for a Classical Stretch episode from Season 4 - it included a little bit of ab work, so I'm counting that for core today also.Tomorrow will start my 10 Day Challenge - on my 3 mile days I'm going to add on barre, 4 mile days will add on Pilates and 5 mile days will add on stretching. Should be interesting. I've been following a couple of barre threads on VF and I'm inspired. Will have to look for Barre 3 on ExerciseTV since I have heard so much about

it! I can't do most of the barre-style ab work since it gives my back fits, but I should be able to do most of the upper and lower body stuff.

Saturday's workout was a recorded Classical Stretch episode (I'm bummed b/c it looks like my PBS station is no longer carrying CS! I will have to see if it switched channels!). Sunday was a little more than 4 miles on a family walk - so not fast paced, but nice, nonetheless. We were out of town for the weekend, so that is why no "formal" workouts!Take care!Donna

Great job Donna! Jen - I will start walking again.Today I didn't do anything due to having a headache...I think this weather is killing my sinuses. It's very rainy and the temp went up over-night but will fall again starting tomorrow...fun Michigan weather!Subject: Weekend and MondayTo: exercisevideos Date: Monday, November 22, 2010, 10:20 AM
