My shoulder is "off" and I'm seeing Dr. No today for that, lower back, and adductor/knee this afternoon (the usual!) My lower body is also sore from Saturday's workout so I only used 9's today for this workout. You use the same weight the entire workout and from time to time, the thigh toner. I really enjoyed this workout, especially the slow motion lunges!
