Here is a break down of my results. 1.5 light weights 3 lb heavy 4.5 for my back Did 8 push ups on my knees Did the abs up until the oblique crunches with raised legs Did last set of leg walks with head and shoulders raised I have lost 2.5 lbs since Friday Feb 6!
