Slow-Mo, Premix #3

I couldn't decide which Amy workout to do today... but decided on Slo-Mo. I hasve not ever done Premix #3 before. It' the 75 minute premix. For some reason 75 minutes seemed like a long time, but when you factor in core and stretch, it's fine :) I enjoyed the workout and got great burns from it. The bicep-work fried me. I used my 45lb barbell, and ouch.... I also loved those shoulder exercises. I don't know what she calls them where you bring them up to 90 degree angle and let them down slowly. Cool. Never done them before. :)

I burned 405 calories, with my average being 103. Tomorrow is kettlebell again. I do know that I am not going to push as hard as I did yesterday. Yoswers that was hard.Happy Saturdays everyone!Darcy
