Dear All, my little almost 5 month year old is getting ready for eating and

whilst I am planning on waiting until 6 months(breast fed only so far) before

trying some food, he is watching and trying to take food out of our hands and is

only sleeping for 2 hrs at a time at night!! This actually isn't such a problem

as we haven't slept much for 7 years with our gorgeous , but I would love

to hear from you if you have any advice on which foods to begin with etc. I feel

the traditional baby rice is probably not advisable if your Autistic brother has

severe gut issues. Did read in Autism file to start with orange vegetables,

anyone done this?

I know formula milk is off limits too as it has milk and soya in it, anyone know

if there's an alternative?

Was thinking of giving (ASD big brother) some breast milk (in food or a

smoothie) as its such goodstuff any thoughts? I am casein free but have to

succumb to cake once a day guess would have to stop that to avoid him getting

gluten?

Many Thanks

Belinda
