I

weighed 96 pounds when I got sick in 1985.

That was after having five babies.

Gradually my weight increased.

I did every weight loss regimen with no result. At one point, for FIVE months, I ran

three miles a day, ate 800 - 1,000 calories, and did machines at YMCA,

3x/week. I kept excellent

records. At the end of five months,

I'd lost 1/2 pound. Now, on Lyme

treatment, I've lost 34 pounds since last June. I'm not willing to look at fat people

with anything but compassion.

Before the fiery darts. . . .if you look the postings youll

see that you ladies mention weight way more than the men and for some it is

mentioned every posting. it is often more central to a woman than a man. . . .

.. .but once again often it is hormonal but please do not forget men have

hormones too and it is not just middle age, a beer belly, and or inactivity now

come on some oe you have pinned a man like that without thinking it was

hormonal. . . . .probably isnt, but still
