GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS TO LOSE 5%

35% 143.00 77.00 40% 132.00 88.00

45% 121.00 99.00I gained a little weight this week but since it was only a 0.2 lb gain I think it's water-weight related. I feel lucky that I didn't have a larger gain considering the pathetic amount of workouts I did and the so-so eating/following my eating plan.I think I was having a bit of a mental melt-down thinking... "Am I going to be able to do this

(exercise, eating moderately) the rest of my life" and doubts started creeping in....I guess this is normal right?I've decided that YES I CAN eat healthy and moderately (with occasional splurges) AND exercise most days of the week the rest of my life.So now that I've committed to this...I will work on finalizing a plan. First off I know that I will continue Chalean Extreme until I've finished the 100 days no matter how long it takes. I'm still trying to decide on how to add in a walking program and which program(s) to follow.More news later when I've thought this through, Jen
