Guest guest
Jen's Weigh-In for Sunday 11/21/10 My Highest Weight: 220 poundsLAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 183.6THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 183.8LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: GAIN of 0.2 lbsAIR-DYNE STATIONARY BIKE: 0 minutesBOWLING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesEXERCISE DVD/VIDEO THIS WEEK: 41.39 minutesVOLLEYBALL THIS WEEK: 0 minutesWALKING THIS WEEK: 32 minutesWATER EXERCISE/SWIMMING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 111.42 minutesThis year I will be basing my weight loss goals on my highest weight which was 220 pounds (June 28, 2009.) See chart below:WEIGHT LOSS GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS TO LOSE 5% 209.00 11.00 10% 198.00 22.00 15% 187.00 33.00 20% 176.00 44.00 25% 165.00 55.00 30% 154.00 66.00 35% 143.00 77.00 40% 132.00 88.00 45% 121.00 99.00I gained a little weight this week but since it was only a 0.2 lb gain I think it's water-weight related. I feel lucky that I didn't have a larger gain considering the pathetic amount of workouts I did and the so-so eating/following my eating plan.I think I was having a bit of a mental melt-down thinking... "Am I going to be able to do this (exercise, eating moderately) the rest of my life" and doubts started creeping in....I guess this is normal right?I've decided that YES I CAN eat healthy and moderately (with occasional splurges) AND exercise most days of the week the rest of my life.So now that I've committed to this...I will work on finalizing a plan. First off I know that I will continue Chalean Extreme until I've finished the 100 days no matter how long it takes. I'm still trying to decide on how to add in a walking program and which program(s) to follow.More news later when I've thought this through, Jen
