Oh wow, I wish i could afford your diet, I would like to say its optimal for all

of us in right measure. Cudos to you!!

I dont know that the Latin Markets are accustom to labeling traditionally

produced items as Organic. The fruits and veggies from the markets in Riverdale

are lower priced and usually of a better quality then per say the Safeways, or

mainstream grocers items.

All food is up 100% since 2006, sugars included. It cost the same to get a few

items at a fast (dead) food joint as it does to get chicken breast and sides for

the same amount of pple. The economy is k crazy. A $200 dollar grocery bill for

a week is very close to us.

Agian WOW! we all need your diet. Its a back to what God said in the Bible, and

that works very good.

grocery store. No labels to read when I eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds,

chicken and fish. Saves alot of time in the grocery store now and my body is

happier since I made the change. For sweetener for myself, I use stevia and

coconut palm sugar. But stevia does not work and palm sugar is even more

expensive.

lb sacks is keeping stride with the price of every other one.

not have any organic food. I can't find anyone else in a search of MD. I think

it was Al who suggested such a store in MD.

ever if your a label reader you know that it would be very difficult to

eliminate all sugar.

I'll bet your doctor didn't tell you that.
