Guest guest
Oh wow, I wish i could afford your diet, I would like to say its optimal for all of us in right measure. Cudos to you!! I dont know that the Latin Markets are accustom to labeling traditionally produced items as Organic. The fruits and veggies from the markets in Riverdale are lower priced and usually of a better quality then per say the Safeways, or mainstream grocers items. All food is up 100% since 2006, sugars included. It cost the same to get a few items at a fast (dead) food joint as it does to get chicken breast and sides for the same amount of pple. The economy is k crazy. A $200 dollar grocery bill for a week is very close to us. Agian WOW! we all need your diet. Its a back to what God said in the Bible, and that works very good. M > > I used to be a label reader. But now I just eat from the outer edges of the grocery store. No labels to read when I eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, chicken and fish. Saves alot of time in the grocery store now and my body is happier since I made the change. For sweetener for myself, I use stevia and coconut palm sugar. But stevia does not work and palm sugar is even more expensive. > > Looks like sugar went up all over. Even a local restaurant who gets it in 50 lb sacks is keeping stride with the price of every other one. > > What is the name of the latin market in MD? The Hillcrest in Frederick does not have any organic food. I can't find anyone else in a search of MD. I think it was Al who suggested such a store in MD. > > Lyn > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > > As far as I know the scobies can't survive without sugar of some form but we can. > > Clinical studies suggest that sugar is the root cause of a lot of illness. How ever if your a label reader you know that it would be very difficult to eliminate all sugar. > > Carbs, mainly in the form of sugar is the real reason behind high cholesterol. I'll bet your doctor didn't tell you that. > > Harry >
