What's the exact title of this workout?  Thanks!

Oh. My.So, I did Cathe's Intensity workout off my laptop this morning since I got the download.  Wow.  It was a humbling experience!!!  The first 30 minutes is step, then there is a high impact HIIT portion, and then after that a low impact HIIT.  The HIITs are totally different in how long each are, and the recovery times.  The step, and the high impact ones were TOUGH, very very hard.  I had to pause it a couple of times to get some water and breathe.  It's just non-stop.  The music is great, and Cathe's energy is also great.  I caught on to the choreography pretty-much right away.  Her cuing could have been better in a couple spots, but not bad at all.  Next time I do it, I imagine catching on will be a breeze.  The Low Impact HIIT is loads easier than the rest.  It could easily be modified up though.  It surely was NOT by me today though :)  I enjoyed the lighter portion of the workout.

There wasn't too much 'new' stuff in here.. maybe a few things, but mostly it's just variations of what she's already done.Oh, an a big bonus to the HIITS were the little timer in the corner indicating how many seconds you had left of the drill, and then of the recoveries too.

I did like the workout, but wow is it hard.  I think it might be used by me in sections!  Not sure how many times I will have that kinda energy to do the whole thing at once again... However, who knows.  My HRM wasn't showing that high, and I felt like I was dying.  Maybe I'm a bit out of shape with interval workouts..hmm..

In the end, I burned 686 with my average at 139.   Can't wait to hear what the rest of you think when you try it!!Dp.s.  will post in another e-mail, another DVD I did after this one...

WOW what a workout! When will I do this one??? NOT any time soon. Are the exercises ALL high impact? Does Cathe have any intermediate level dvds? I think you are in GREAT shape Darcy and you should push yourself more like this. Don't do this workout in sections do the whole this once a week or every two weeks and see how much you improve. I believe people should always challenge themselves. And you should definitely do that when you are in such great overall shape. What are you goals by the way?
