Guest guest
Here there are cafes that serve " bubble tea " - drinks made with ice tea and fruit juice, and the bubbles are large tapioca balls. They serve it with a wide straw that you suck the bubbles up. It's really fun. The tapioca has a fun, chewy texture. It occurred to me that it would be great with kombucha! You can google " bubble tea recipe " to get more info. Here's one site: http://whatscookingamerica.net/BubbleTea.htm I have to find where to buy the wide straw. The bubble going up the straw into your mouth is so fun.
