Last day of round one  11/14/2010

28  Cardio

AM - OK so I've done some damage

to my right hip / right low back. I know what I did - a roundhouse kick with

bad form. I have modify like no ther. My lower body is a mess and my low back

has always been a problem. Right now my right hamstring is much more flexible

than my left, my left quad is more flexible than my right, my left hip opens

much more than my right and my right lower back is hurting badly. I have some

natural enzyme anti-inflammatories, I just have to take it as directed...I

may have to go OTC soon since I'm not going to stop exericising for the next

two months

 

 

   Yoga Flex

AM - I was happy

to do this again.

 

 

   PINK Workout 7

PM - if next

weeks workouts have this much jumping I may have to give them a break since

there really aren't any modifications to doing a power jerk.

 

 

   Slim &

Limber

PM - I like Slim

& Limber but may have to add in Total Body Solutions.
