Guest guest
Hi ,  DE is shell flour and only use food grade. I googled it after reading about it here and on another yahoo group.  It's mostly silica and is like dirt...dry/drying and has to be mixed with a little water. Our bodies/joints/skin/hair need silica. I am mixing it with ginger tea and honey. I have not tried mixing it with KT but no doubt it would work to get that dry stuff down the throat. I'm just starting to use it. Do be careful as it might be detoxing as it can rid the body of parasites and other intestinal pests. ________________________________ To: original_kombucha Sent: Monday, February 20, 2012 6:37 PM Subject: Margret........Re: Rezz: An Alta matum  Wow, I tire of the Sugar Wars, and thought the British were too. On DE, praytell the benifit of eating it, does it help? Can it be used in KT? What is the DE supposed to do for us when eaten? Help M > > Thanks Margret for sharing your poetry. KT is so easy to make. I have not measured anything for years and I get some really great brews consistantly. Sometimes I use organic sugar...usually I use organic tea....but my original scoby came from regular white sugar, boiled tap water and store brand tea.  I've been trying dextrose for a while now and that works too. And as I said before I just eye ball the quanity for my gallon glass jars. It takes time and energy but well worth all my efforts. >  > I finally got my diatomaceous earth, food grade and discovered that it can be taken with or without food. I'm expecting good things to happen with it as I plan to use it consistantly...every day....more than once per day. It is inexpensive and may help in ways even I'll be surprised about. >  > I am seriously sipping my home brew KT as I write this. >  > To Your Health! >  > ann  > > > ________________________________ > > To: " original_kombucha " <original_kombucha > > Sent: Monday, February 20, 2012 4:26 PM > Subject: Margret........Re: Rezz: An Alta matum > > >  > Very good. Guest guest
Don't be disappointed if DE has no affect on someone. I used it for a year and nothing happened. My nails still would not grow, my skin hydration was already improved because I had 2 years of detoxing already under my belt, so that did not get any more improved, still had face wrinkles and my hair continued to fall out, so all the usual things DE was to do it did not do for me. I had greater results - in the DIRT department - when I started taking calcium-bentonite clay. In three days my hair stopped falling out and my body cleanse of fungus went forward. Other people seem to have results, but I sure had none. Guest guest
ok. I will check my bad that i got for natural pest control in the past, I really wasnt aware it was helpful in the human condition. I will check for " food Grade " which I probably got because of not wanting any other environmental issues and Emma's M.S. Thank you, you have been very helpful. m > > > > Thanks Margret for sharing your poetry. > >  > > To Your Health! > >  > > ann  > > > > > > ________________________________ > > From: harry perry <harryfisherman@> > > To: " original_kombucha " <original_kombucha > > > Sent: Monday, February 20, 2012 4:26 PM > > Subject: Margret........Re: Rezz: An Alta matum > > > > > >  > > Very good.
